I hate getting things like “what is the best way for a 13 year old to lose weight” on ChaCha. Because I only have so much time and so many characters and you shouldn’t be getting weight loss advice from this lousy service.

I found this on craigslist
We have an immediate opening for a Fairy Gram delivery man. You must have your own pink suit, tutu, and ballet slippers. I prefer that the applicant have a hairy chest and full beard. Ideal candidate will be able to sing and dance and entertain small groups for 4 or 5 minutes at a time. You must provide your own transportation to and from each gig, it really increases tips (which we will split)...

So after I finished The Hunger Games, I realized I hadn’t actually seen a single spoiler for it, despite following several fans. I think I just saw the spoilers for the entire series though. tnx.

I have finished reading The Hunger Games and have now read 4 books this year. Haunted (Chuck Palahniuk) Bumped (Megan McCafferty) The Fault in Our Stars (John Green) The Hunger Games (Suzanne Collins) No idea what to read next. I’d go for Catching Fire if I had more money to spare ($8.99 ebook). I’ll probably just go with whatever is cheapest on my Nook wishlist, but I’ll...

spinyn0rman replied to your post: someone keeps eating my food but they never… Hate to say it, but you might want to keep the non-refridgerated items in your room. You should also probably confront those taking your food. It’s really not cool at all. I’m going to ask my boyfriend tonight (whenever he gets up) if he ate my bread. I think if he did, it’s probably because he...

There’s another ad on Craigslist for the Subway that fired me. I can tell because the owner sucks at spelling. And because it’s always set up the same way. Compensation 8, don’t send resume, etc.  why are you having such a hard time replacing me bro

Fun fact
Basically all the chargers I have found around the house (my cell phone charger, Steve’s kindle charger… presumably the wire that connects my external harddrive to my computer) fit into my Nook. But the Nook will not accept electricity from any of them. Which is totally awesome because my Nook charger is mysteriously missing.  I really love knowing exactly where I put something only...

mollyprewittweasley replied to your post: I have finished reading The Fault In Our Stars. … So if this is new to you, and I cry at the smallest thing, how am I going to survive reading this book? I don’t know.  I sort of wonder if I am getting more emotional as I get older because the first movie I ever cried at was Toy Story 3.

What I am doing recently
It has been 10 days since I found out I didn’t have a job anymore. In that time… Places I have applied for a new job: Art Van furniture (graphic design job) U of M Dearborn cafeteria cashier VTec printing (graphic design job, friend of Steve’s dad) Just Baked Cupcakes (!) Time Too Savor (yes that is how they spell it, it’s a dinner preparation place) I feel like...

I went to go get my last paycheck ($113 wow-o). There was some skinny guy with enormous glasses working on the line. I bet he responded to the craigslist ad. Also there was the one girl who I always worked with when I worked a morning. I was like “Oh they have you working at night now?” She said there basically was no one to work at night now; the girl I usually worked nights with...
